Nigel, co-proprietor of RVI, has been waiting for a chance to work with Yorkshire’s amazing farmers, growers and fine food suppliers…and the Bull is the perfect opportunity. And already he’s working on dishes that will be full of local tradition, but with a deliciously contemporary twist...the same formula which has brought countless top national awards to the first three Ribble Valley Inns Restaurant.
